    Hi Gabby – I was lovely to meet you on saturday. I have washed all the fabric I picked up at the swap – just need to finish what I am making before i think about what I am going to do with it all! I also wanted to say that I hope you are recovering from your operation well. It must be very daunting to have to go through that all again. I was diagnosed with breast cancer this time last year and am now all clear but I had radiotherapy and am on medication for 5 years. That is partly why I went to the fabric swap – I had been wallowing a bit and wanted to do something interesting! so, get well – you certainly didn’t look like you’d had an operationg a few weeks ago!

    Ooooooo…I have a bit if fabric envy ? I bought myself a copy of the Sewing Bee book last week and am desperate to start making a pair of the palazzo pants. I look forward to seeing which patterns you choose ?
