Hello sew-a-longers and anyone else that happens to glance this way!

I’ve put all sorts of ideas for fabric types, prints, colours, matching, mismatching, textures and a dash of experimental extravagance!! All the pins are notated with tips so hopefully you will have lots of ideas now as next we look at fabric choices and what we need to make Sophia!

Those are some lovely suggestions, Gabby. The red skirt/ stripy top version would make a real classic. But I think I’m going for some autumnal fabric, as spring is still far away. Hopefully there is something suitable in my stash. 🙂
Now I’m just waiting for the pattern to arrive by mail in the coming week.
I love your inspiration board for the sewalong! So many ideas now!! I like the idea of a two piece matching outfit after seeing your ideas but have already cut my skirt so maybe i’ll have to make another 🙂
